II前 言
本标准是基于LTE技术的车联网无线通信技术系列标准之一,该系列标准的结构和名称如下:
a)T/ITS0051-2017《基于LTE的车联网无线通信技术总体技术要求》;
b)T/ITS0099-2017《基于LTE的车联网无线通信技术空中接口技术要求》。
本标准按照GB/T1.1-2009给出的规则起草。
本标准采用重新起草法,依据3GPPTS36.211(Release14)《演进通用陆地无线接入(E-UTRA);
物理信道和调制》、3GPPTS36.212(Release14)《演进通用陆地无线接入(E-UTRA);复用和信道
编码》、3GPPTS36.213(Release14)《演进通用陆地无线接入(E-UTRA);物理层过程》、
T-ITS 0099—2018 基于LTE的车联网无线通信技术 空中接口技术要求
