1 范围
本文件规定了食品接触材料及制品中 2-甲基-1,3-丁二烯含量的测定方法和迁移量的测定方法。
本文件适用于食品接触材料及制品中 2-甲基-1,3-丁二烯含量的测定和迁移量的测定。

3 术语和定义
本文件没有需要界定的术语和定义。
4 2-甲基-1,3-丁二烯含量的测定
4.1 原理
食品接触材料及制品经 N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶解或分散于顶空瓶中,加热使待测成分达到气液平衡,
然后定量吸取顶空气进行气相色谱测定。根据保留时间定性, n-戊烷作为内标物,以内标法定量。
4.2 试剂和材料
除非另有说明,本方法所用试剂均为分析纯,水为 GB/T 6682 规定的一级水。
4.2.1 试剂
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺( DMF) ,分析纯,在 2-甲基-1,3-丁二烯和 n-戊烷保留时间处无干扰峰。
4.2.2 标准品
4.2.2.1 2-甲基-1,3-丁二烯( C5H8,CAS号:78-79-5) ,纯度≥ 99.5%,或经国家认证并授予标准物质
证书的标准物质。
4.2.2.2 n-戊烷(C5H12,CAS号:109-66-0) ,纯度≥ 99.5%,或经国家认证并授予标准物质证书的标
准物质。

4.2.3 2-甲基-1,3-丁二烯标准溶液配制
4.2.3.1 2-甲基-1,3-丁二烯标准贮备液( 2000 mg/L ) :量取约 20 mL N,N -二甲基甲酰胺于 25 mL容量
瓶中,带塞称重(精确至 0.000 1g) 。再加入 2-甲基-1,3-丁二烯约 50 mg,重新称量(精确至 0.000 1g)。
